Description: Thermal Overload Relay Unit Type LK1 is a three pole Bimetallic unit housed in a Bakelite enclosure. It is individually calibrated & tested on automatic machines to ensure foolproof protection to the motor from overload & resulting burnouts. The relay is ambient temperature compensated for operation between 5degC to 55degC. Available in a wide range of current ranges with easily adjustable current setting knob in the front for easy access, the relay comes with a Manual reset button that also acts as the STOP button.

In Auto mode, the relay will reset on its own after cooling down.  Available in a wide range of current ranges with easily adjustable current setting knob, that is covered by a shroud to avoid unintentional change. The tripping mechanism can be tested a trip test mechanism without electrically connecting the relay.
